Head of Organisational Development Role
Job Purpose:
- Provide senior leadership to drive the cultural and structural transformation required to move Active Sussex from a people group model to a fully integrated, place‑based approach.
- Lead the definition, design, and implementation of Active Sussex’s operating model to enable effective place‑based delivery, system collaboration, and organisational efficiency.
- Develop and embed the structures, processes, digital tools, and workforce capabilities needed to support system‑aligned ways of working.
- Lead the development and delivery of the People Plan.
- Ensure all people‑related activity meets statutory requirements and reflects HR good practice.
