Head of Grants

Salary: £50,000–£53,000 Location: Based at our head office in Gloucestershire (with hybrid working considered)

We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Head of Grants to lead and shape the Ernest Cook Trust’s grant-making programme.

This senior leadership role will help expand equitable access to land-based learning, green skills and outdoor learning across the UK, while building partnerships, championing youth voice and driving innovation in grant-making.

Based at our head office in Quenington (with hybrid working considered), the role offers the opportunity to influence sector-wide change through progressive philanthropy and place-responsive learning.
