This role will work as part of an integrated team with Bridge, Southeast London (SEL) Mind and Oxleas NHS Trust.

You will draw on your personal experiences and good communication skills to coordinate and deliver recovery-orientated peer support to people with long-term mental health problems. This support will enable individuals to access community groups, attend appointments, and generally get them more involved in the community.

You will use your own lived experience to support you to build good rapport with your clients and ensure your approach is meaningful. You will need to be organised, resilient and empathetic in supporting clients to achieve their goals.

· Effective contribution to the development and continuous improvement of the service
