A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. QTS, PGCE, CELTA/Trinity,
or international equivalent)

Experience  teaching  or  leading  educational  activities  for  teenagers
(14–17).

Interest in entrepreneurship, business development, digital creativity,
or innovation.

Experience of delivering engaging, interactive learning sessions.

Awareness of safeguarding practices and working with young people
from diverse backgrounds.

Previous experience in a boarding/summer school environment and a
good understanding of the expected standards and rules expected of
both staff and students.

Knowledge of AI, coding, social media strategy, or content creation
