Overview
West Sussex Mind is a local mental health charity committed to raising awareness around and providing high quality support for people who have mental health problems. We have a successful Training department and now have vacancies for more freelance trainers to support the delivery of our training events and contracts in Surrey.
Supported by a Mental Health Training Administrator and Co-ordinator, the trainers are contracted to respond to specific opportunities as they arise, both on-line and face-to-face. We deliver on workdays, evenings and weekends to parents and carers, professionals and organisations large and small.
We are particularly keen to hear from trainers in the field of workplace mental health, children and young people’s mental health, neurodivergence and mental health, suicide and self-harm and eating disorders, although other specialisms and fields of interest are also welcome.
West Sussex Mind values and respects the diversity of its employees, and aims to recruit a workforce which reflects our diverse communities. We welcome applications irrespective of people's age, disability, gender, race or ethnicity, religion or belief, sexual orientation, or other personal circumstances.
