About the role
Working as part of an experienced team, this role will support people in the local community through the provision of holistic Financial Wellbeing Advice (Money, Debt, Income Maximisation and Budgeting). Holistic debt advice will include an element of income maximisation alongside money advice and specialist debt advice.
The role requires someone that is highly organised with great attention to detail, efficient and empathetic and who works to high standards of accuracy. The postholder will deliver services within a quality assured framework and the requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority.
This role will be suitable for someone that has excellent people and communication skills, with an aptitude for learning and an ability to complete the adviser training programme within the learning framework timetable. Our training programme includes both online and in person modules.
The post will be based at one of our offices and will include pre-arranged client appointments in person and by phone at various community locations in the area by prior arrangement.
