Job Title: Finance Officer

Salary: £25,000 per annum (FTE)

Hours: 30 – 37.5 hours per week

Location: Mainly based at Blackwell – the Arts & Crafts house with frequent travel to other Lakeland Arts museums required

Reporting to: Senior Finance Officer and Head of Finance

Term: Part-time, Full-time, Permanent

Purpose

The Finance Officer will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of Lakeland Arts and its trading subsidiary, Lakeland Arts Enterprises. Working closely with the Senior Finance Officer and Head of Finance, this role helps ensure our financial processes are accurate, efficient and well-controlled during an important and exciting time for the organisation.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of the organisation. You will support suppliers and colleagues across our museums, from handling inquiries for the Finance department to checking petty cash and processing invoices. The Finance Officer will contribute to supporting Lakeland Arts’ long-term sustainability and operational resilience.
