About the role: St Christopher’s Hospice is seeking a passionate and organised Community Support Programme Coordinator to join its Community Action Team. 
This role focuses on supporting people in our community who are living with loss, grief, or caring responsibilities.

You’ll coordinate our Bereavement Buddies and Carer Champions initiatives, helping to match volunteers with community members, while also developing and peer-support groups. Your work will seek to empower people to feel more confident and supported when facing end-of-life experiences and will strengthen community-led networks of care.
