We're looking for a caring, proactive and enthusiastic Female Support Worker to join our team in Trowbridge (BA14), supporting three women aged 20s–60s who live in their own flats within the same building.
The women you will support have mild learning disabilities and epilepsy, which is well managed with medication. Support is provided on a 1:1 basis and through core support hours, helping people maintain their independence while providing the right level of support when needed.

Support includes:
• Supporting one person with their personal care
• Supporting one wheelchair user when out and about
• Supporting medication administration for one person
• Encouraging independence and choice
• Supporting people with daily routines and goals
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Building positive relationships with family members where appropriate
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing active support with quieter moments and can adapt their approach to suit different personalities and preferences.
Shifts:
• 10:00am – 3:00pm
• 8:30am – 5:00pm
• 5:00pm – 10:00pm
• Additional varying daytime hours available depending on the needs of the people we support
Weekend flexibility is required as part of a full-time rota.
Rotas are provided in advance to support planning and work–life balance.
