Data and Engagement Officer

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £28,000 to £30,000

We are seeking a pro-active and results-driven Data and Engagement Officer to help us transform the way we understand, engage with, and inspire our supporters.

This pivotal role will use data insights to map and optimise the supporter journey, ensuring every interaction brings people closer to our lifesaving mission. You will be a passionate advocate for our supporters – ensuring their voices are heard and experiences continually improved – while designing and delivering data-led strategies that surprise, delight and deepen loyalty of our donors.

As part of the fundraising team you will be required to support the wider fundraising team for key events throughout the calendar year.
