The School is seeking to appoint an Admissions and Communications Administrator. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team and essential to the smooth and effective running of these departments.

The Admissions and Communications Administrator will help the team prepare the marketing for prospective families, pupil recruitment and ensuring the admissions process is efficient and child-friendly, organising events to showcase the best of the School, communicating with a wide range of audiences including current parents, alumni and the wider community and promoting and enhancing the School’s reputation.

The role requires a flexible and proactive individual who enjoys inputting and analysing data as well as collaborating with colleagues across departments and is equally comfortable using their own initiative to work independently and find creative solutions to challenges. They will be calm under pressure, able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload. Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication and administrative skills are essential for this role
