Estates and Health & Safety Manager
St Edmund’s School Canterbury is looking to appoint an experienced and proactive Estates Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a senior leadership role in the management of our beautiful campus, overseeing all buildings, grounds, gardens, and sports facilities. You’ll ensure that our estate is maintained to the highest standards, supporting the school’s commitment to excellence in education and wellbeing.
The role involves leading strategic and operational planning, implementing robust health and safety policies, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice. You will also oversee estates projects that align with the school’s long-term vision and contribute to providing a safe, secure, and inspiring environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
This position is ideal for a highly organised, proactive, and experienced professional, keen to make a tangible impact on the day-to-day running and long-term development of a thriving school estate.
