In this role, you will deal with a number of administrative tasks, joining the Senior Office Administrator as the key focal point for academic staff across their activities.
Your pro-active involvement will allow academic colleagues from across the Schools to concentrate on their core commitments to students and research. Key duties of the role will include:
- Assisting the Senior Office Administrator in areas such as servicing meetings

You will have a commitment to providing excellent, proactive customer service and an ability to develop effective relationships across different departments (internally and externally) within the University and Service Care Users and also liaising with external agencies such as the NHS. You will possess excellent numeracy, analytical and literacy skills and should be able to demonstrate well-developed organisational skills, including the ability to work co-operatively in small teams as well as on your own initiative.
