Contact & Triage Officer
Hours of work: 37 hours per week Monday-Friday
Location: AUKCW Leamington Office, 8 Clemens Street, Leamington Spa, CV31 2DL.
Salary: £24,730.13 (FTE based on 37 hours per week)
About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within our friendly Contact & Triage (C&T) team. You will be one of 3 C&T officers, acting as first point of contact for Age UK Coventry and Warwickshire.
As a C&T officer you will be responsible for triaging and processing all incoming referrals & enquiries, as well as providing up to date information and signposting (on a wide range of topics) to older/vulnerable clients and their family/carers.
The postholder will also provide administrative support and be expected to work proactively and flexibly to maximise organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
