Due to an internal promotion, we're on the lookout for an Air Desk Coordinator to support missions for the National Children's Air Ambulance Service.

⨠What Youâll Be Doing:
- Perform day-to-day operational activities of the NCAA Airdesk, to support responsive mobilisation of NCAA aircraft and promote continuous improvement
- Engage and work cohesively with CPTâs and NCAA Pilots to enhance service delivery
- Liaise closely with Crew Members and NCAA Pilots throughout NCAA tasks (pre, during and
- post)
- Liaise with hospitals, landing sites, airports, ambulance services, police, etc
- Proactively manage changing proprieties on a daily basis to ensure tasks are completed
- Promote positive Crew Resource Management
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators within the service are met, whilst providing feedback on breaches
- Provide statistics and reports on NCAA data
- Raise incident report when required

- Experience of working within a control room environment
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate appropriately and
effectively in person, over the phone / virtually, by radio and in writing - Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues, NHS teams
and external stakeholders - Be able to demonstrate an understanding for the need for confidentiality and
how this can be maintained - Have a high attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Be able to be resilient under pressure and to identify when support is needed
for self or others - Be able to effectively manage and prioritise a changing workload
