Administrator – Part Time (North West)Looking for an admin job with a difference?
An exciting opportunity has become available to join our brand new Northern Hub as part of a friendly and experienced team of administrators. No two days are the same, and you’ll be working across a range of systems including Plan Day, Nourish, Jobtrain, our Learning Management System, and other internal platforms.
They will be based at the North West Hub, covering administrative work for a number of areas across the wider North West region, so flexibility and strong organisational skills are essential.
As an experienced Administrator, you’ll be used to juggling multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure. You’ll bring your organisational skills and attention to detail to a role that truly makes a difference by supporting a charity that helps people with learning disabilities live their best possible lives.
You’ll provide vital administrative support to our services in Warrington, helping to keep the office running smoothly. Your work will include maintaining accurate records for the people we support, updating staff training records, and playing a key role in recruitment. It’s a varied and rewarding position in a fast-paced, positive environment.
Working in social care is highly regulated and involves detailed record-keeping, but at its heart, it’s about supporting people to thrive.
We are looking for someone with strong digital skills, including confidence using Microsoft Teams, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and other digital platforms, to ensure effective communication and accurate record management.
Role details:
- Hours:Part time, 15 hours per week, worked across 2 days
- Location:Warrington (Northern Hub / North West Hub)

About you
You must be an experienced Administrator able to:
- Work on your own initiative as well as being part of a team
- Be well organised and able to prioritise
- Have great attention to detail
- Work well under pressure
- Have excellent IT skills, including MS Office and ideally experience of online databases and management information systems
- Willingness to learn new systems
