- Lead Our Housekeeping Team as our Housekeeping Manager at Bede's Trust.
Are you an experienced, proactive, and meticulous leader ready to ensure pristine environments across two prestigious schools in East Sussex?
This crucial, hands-on leadership role oversees all cleaning and upkeep for our Senior and Prep Schools, directly impacting the daily experience and reputation of the Trust.

Drive and maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic appeal.

Lead, mentor, and manage the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Implement best practices and manage resources to ensure operational efficiency.

Ensure a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for Pupils, Staff, and Visitors.
You're a natural problem-solver with strong communication skills and fantastic attention to detail. You provide clear direction, remain positive under pressure, and have a proven track record in a similar environment (highly desirable).
This is a Full Time, Permanent position, working 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year from 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday, this includes a 30 minute unpaid break. The role will be based mainly at our Senior School with travel to our Prep School in Eastbourne.
Offering an attractive salary of £35,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependant on experience) along with a range of impressive staff benefits including:
