Post-19 Behaviour Analyst

Permanent, Full-time or Part-time (School Term Time Only)

This is an exciting opportunity to provide excellent Behaviour Analysis instruction and training to Teaching and Learning Mentors and to deliver the provision’s curriculum: providing support for learners, colleagues and the service in order to raise standards of achievement for all learners. You will contribute to the development of Teaching and Learning Mentors, learners and service policies and strategies. You will utilise advanced levels of knowledge and skills when assisting with planning, monitoring, assessing and managing cohorts, and encourage learners to become independent, to provide support for their welfare, and to support the inclusion of learners in all aspects of adult life.

Who we are looking for

  • We’re looking for dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated individuals who share our mission of empowering autistic young adults
  • You will be a strong team player with great communication skills, have the ability to work under pressure, and above all be passionate and committed to the development of the learners across the hubs
  • You will need to be willing to learn and work in close collaboration with our Therapists, Behaviour Analysts and Qualified Teachers

We are particularly seeking applications from people that represent the diversity of our community.

BeyondAutism is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  An enhanced disclosure will be conducted for the successful applicant to enable them to work with children and young adults.
