Are you passionate about empowering people through learning? Tate is looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of impactful training programmes that support our People & Culture priorities.
In this role, you’ll help shape Tate’s core learning portfolio, from compliance and leadership development to apprenticeships and our digital learning offer. You’ll deliver training sessions and collaborate across departments to ensure training is inclusive, innovative, and aligned with organisational goals.
With responsibility for a small team and key external partnerships, you’ll play a vital role in helping our people thrive.
