There are two additional boarding houses forUpper School students in Pimlico and CoventGarden. Occasional evening and weekendwork is compensated by TOIL.SALARY:                                      c£23,000 per annum(£40,000 FTE) dependingon skills and experienceAPPLICATION CLOSING DATE:10 November 2025OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLETo manage and deliver professional and efficient administrative support, anddata management for the running of the whole School. SUMMARY OF THE ROLEThe successful candidate will have significant administrative and/orsecretarial experience, ideally gained in a school setting. The priority for thisrole will be to review current school administration processes across bothsites with a view to developing and implementing new whole-schoolpractices. Emphasis will be placed on reassessing and developing the schooldatabase (currently iSAMS), to maximise its full potential and work with otherkey departments to ensure consistency of student data management. This willrequire someone with a good working knowledge of database systems ingeneral, confidence with IT and the desire to undergo further technicaltraining to become a ‘super user’ of the system. Administration of the Student roll, files and related database recordsincluding the annual ‘rollover’Development of the School database capability to deliver efficientadministration for the School to include professional development on alldatabase modules deemed appropriate by the schoolSupervision and administration of the artistic/academic reporting processfor the whole SchoolOversight of the twice daily registration process (term time)Oversight of registration and attendance data managementOversight of rewards and sanctions data managementOversight of Assessment tracking dataProvide administrative and technical support to the Examinations Officerat key times - including one day during the summer holiday periodCover other administrative functions as neededAdding new staff and student accounts and archiving all leavers In partnership with the School Administrator, keep the parent portal up todate and deal with any queries raised by parentsAny other duties as may reasonably be required that fall within the scopeand range of the job.Daily duties will cover a full range of admin support for the school, secretarialsupport to senior academic and pastoral staff. The post will work closely withthe school administrator and the Administrator for the Artistic Managers toensure the effective management of all student data. The ability to work collaboratively across many functions and coordinate andschedule work as required, as well as a discreet and confidential mannerwhen dealing with student/parent liaison.
