Job Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Turning Point Talking Therapy Team as a Client Advisor Team Lead. In this role you will have opportunity to make a real difference to people who are experiencing mental health problems such as mild to moderate symptoms of depression, anxiety and low mood.
Turning Point Talking Therapies provides evidence-based interventions within a stepped care model, for the treatment of people with mild to moderate common mental health problems.

Main Responsibilities
As a Client Advisor Team Lead you will be managing and leading a team of client advisors providing a front-end point of contact for clients accessing the service via telephone calls, online, emails and those attending in person. You will also support administration requirements for a busy primary care mental health service.
As a team we specialise in evidence based psychological therapies and you will be leading a front-end team who process referrals into the service, and for those who are seeking support and advise. You will ensure that the front-end service delivers a person-centred, high-quality interaction regardless of the method of contact. You will support the maintenance and development of processes and systems that help to facilitate clients accessing the service as quickly as is possible.
Our services operate across 6 days and include weekend and evening work to support our clients when they need it the most.
The Ideal Candidate
You are likely to have a background in managing people delivering high quality, first point of contact for people seeking advice and support. You will have outstanding telephone and written communication skills as well as the ability to work effectively, independently, remotely and as part of a busy management team.
