Tenancy Sustainment Officer 
Working hours are 18.50 hours spread over 5 days, working days can be discussed on interview however there is some flexibility on this.

Location: Head office, Inspiration House, Bowburn, DH6 5PF. This is an outreach role, therefore you will be required to travel across County Durham area.
Salary will be Pro Rata'd bsed on 18.50 hours

To provide comprehensive housing related support to persons with a variety of vulnerabilities and complex needs to enable them to maintain their tenancy and to achieve their aspirations for independent living, alongside pragmatic and intensive housing management functions.
