We’re looking for a motivated and proactive HR Administrator to join our friendly HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR career in a diverse, inclusive, and inspiring environment.
You’ll be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries — keeping everything running smoothly and helping colleagues feel supported.
What you’ll do
In this varied role, you’ll support every stage of the employee journey, including:
- Coordinating recruitment and onboarding
- Preparing offer letters and contracts
- Supporting induction and learning & development processes
- Maintaining our HR database and ensuring data accuracy
- Helping to implement our new HR and Payroll system
What we’re looking for
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards it)
- Experience in an HR or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Great communication and teamwork skills
What we offer
- Salary: £24,685 – £28,031 per annum
- 22 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and additional closure days
- Hybrid working (4 days on-site)
