Job Summary

To  offer  people  we  support  a  wide  range  of  Jewish  experiences  and  enable  them  to  live  the  religious
aspects of their life as they wish to.

Key Tasks

•  Delivering Limudei Kodesh/Jewish Studies, including Parsha sessions, to people supported at Good

Days and Supported Living, both 1:1 and in small groups.

•  Facilitate meals and programmes on Shabbos and Yomim Tovim/Fes(cid:415)vals
•  Support staff and people we support in Shabbos and fes(cid:415)val prepara(cid:415)ons
•  Run ac(cid:415)vi(cid:415)es on Jewish themes with people we support
•  Champion  engagement  with  people  we  support  and  employees,  act  with  integrity,  share
informa(cid:415)on, celebrate achievements, and be a welcome and familiar presence in the homes and
services to contribute to our aims and the wellbeing of those we support.

•  Build strong, posi(cid:415)ve rela(cid:415)onships and fully collaborate with and include people we support and

Impart to staff and enthuse them that enabling people to fulfil their religious wishes in a person-

•  Assist with producing reports regarding religious needs, requirements and progress, compliments

and complaints, and con(cid:415)nuous learning.

•  Share concerns proac(cid:415)vely, and with your manager’s guidance develop a mechanism for lessons

learned and con(cid:415)nuous improvement
