This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Support Workers, to work within a well-established service, supporting 1 person. This service will be supporting them with learning disabilities, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence.

The person supported here had Autism and Learning Disabilities and has support 24 hours per day, but they also love visiting the local community - especially charity shops and getting out and about.

They would like their staff team to be quieter but with a dry, sarcastic sense of humour.

At this service there are a core staff team on shift at any one time - these include day shifts and also nights too.

The chosen candidates for this service MUST be fully flexible on the days and timings they can work.

Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female member of staff to support them. For this particular role Male staff is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality act 2010.
