At Cyfle, Barnardos Cymru we are looking to recruit an experienced part - time service administrator to provide administrative and financial support, working 21.75 hours per week within our Children and Young People's Substance Misuse service.
The Service Administrator role is a varied one and includes the following as essential criteria;
- Support with premises/ H&S
- Providing support with financial management, budget preparation, including petty cash.
- Liaison with agencies such as schools, CAHMS, social services etc.
- Undertake data input and production of data
- Administrative support to the team.
- Using a wide variety of IT applications.
- Proven office administration skills.
- Experience of service user records administration.
We are therefore looking for someone with:
- Ability to give good attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Extensive experience with IT packages such as Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Excellent team working skills.
