Working week

Monday to Friday; 9.00 am to 5.00 pm with 1 day each week attending college 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. Shifts to be confirmed.

Daily duties will include:

• Prepare purchase orders

• Answer calls from customers and other companies

• Sort incoming and outgoing mail

• Will be ordering parts

• Inputting data

• General office duties

• Will be using computer to send e-mails

• Typing

• Spreadsheets

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

• Should have good ICT skills

• Data input skills

Personal qualities

• Should be punctual and have a good telephone manner

• Should have a good work ethic and be reliable, presentable and eager to learn

Desired qualifications

Good maths and English grades are desirable but not essential.

Future prospects

The possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.
