Job Description – Aquatic Consultant Services - Develop, maintain, and deliver swimming programs (“Learn to Swim” and “Improvers”), including progressive swimming distance and water skills certificates approved by Company Representatives - Teach swimming to all age groups, from infants to adults, across Ras Tanura and other Eastern Province facilities as directed - Train and maintain ongoing training schedules for pool/beach lifeguards, preparing them for 6-monthly trade tests in accordance with SAUDI ARAMCO lifeguard modules - Assist in coaching swim teams and deliver Swimming Teacher courses to qualify teachers and assistant teachers - Support Ras Tanura Recreation with safety water campaigns and swimming challenges - Oversee daily aquatic facility operations, including cleaning schedules, staff supervision, and water quality compliance with Company Sanitation Codes - Monitor PPE requirements and report any damage or misuse of facilities to Company Representatives - Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for smooth pool/beach operations year-round

Qualifications required

Minimum Qualifications - Certificate in Water Safety Training, AED Training, First Aid Training, and Swimming Teacher Certificate (Level 3) - Valid Lifeguard Trainer Certificate (minimum Level 2) from an internationally recognized organization such as STA, BLS, or RLSS - Valid Assessor/Validator (Trade Test) Certificate from STA, BLS, or RLSS to conduct and validate lifeguard training and certification Minimum Experience - At least 3 years’ experience in pool lifeguard training and certification - Minimum 3 years in a lifeguard supervisory role, after completing 3 years as a pool or beach lifeguard - At least 3 years’ experience in beach lifeguard training and certification - Demonstrated experience in swimming teachers’ training and certification
