We’re looking for an intuitive and enthusiastic professional to join our Senior Leadership Team as a SENDCO and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL).

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the strategic development and day-to-day operation of our SEND provision.

• Work closely with class teachers and the Headteacher to support individual and small group learning.

• Act as Deputy DSL, playing a key role in safeguarding and early intervention.

• Collaborate with external agencies and contribute to school self-evaluation.

• Support classes with cover when needed.

• A team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.

• An interest in or openness to Waldorf education.
