Executive Concierge
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in creating memorable experiences at one of the world’s most respected golf and hospitality destinations. Carnoustie Golf Heritage and Hospitality Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly professional Executive Concierge to deliver exceptional, personalised experiences for our investors, their guests and VIP visitors.
Working 37.5 hours, acting as the principal point of contact from pre-arrival through to departure, you will create bespoke itineraries and coordinate accommodation, golf, dining, meetings, events and other on- and off-site experiences. Working closely with teams across our golf and hotel operations, you will ensure every visit is seamless, thoughtfully planned and delivered to the highest standard.
You will also support investor events and major championships held in Carnoustie, assisting with logistics, communications, event delivery, budgets, reports and stakeholder coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing investor and VIP enquiries, bookings, itineraries and experience calendars.
- Anticipating individual needs and providing proactive, tailored service.
- Coordinating arrangements across internal departments and external partners.
- Personally welcoming guests and remaining a responsive contact throughout their stay.
- Supporting investor visits, events and major golf championships.
- Managing confidential feedback and resolving service issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining detailed guest profiles to enhance future visits.
- Representing Carnoustie with discretion, integrity and exceptional attention to detail.
About you:
- At least two years’ experience in a similar hospitality, guest-relations, concierge or VIP-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and attentive to detail.
- Confident working with high-net-worth individuals and sensitive information.
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused and able to manage competing priorities.
- A collaborative team player with a genuine passion for outstanding service.
An events-related qualification would be advantageous.
