Are you called to lead an evangelism-focused revitalisation of an established church? Are you called to reach the under 50s and help them become part of a church family? Are you called to do so in a suburban, multi-faith, multi-ethnic, transient community of differing academic and social backgrounds?
Queen Edith Chapel, an independent evangelical church in south Cambridge, is seeking to recruit an evangelist to serve as an employed elder, working as part of and alongside our volunteer elders, to help fulfil our vision for a Christian community ‘gathering, growing and going’ in Queen Edith’s. The elders are supported by a group of trustees who look after practical matters and compliance with legal obligations. Some responsibilities are carried out by other paid staff, a Youth Worker and Children and Families worker.
