- Delivering intensive one-to-one support, helping participants identify their strengths and transferable skills

- Keeping up with the local job marketand building relationships with employers to create opportunities
- Managing your own caseload, ensuring each participant receives ongoing support and guidance

Whilst we would be delighted to hear from you if you have previous experience of working in the employability sector, or if you have a level 4 Careers Information Advice and Guidance qualification, we are also interested to hear from people who have worked in other sectors where you’ve relished the opportunity to achieve a personal target whilst excelling at providing outstanding customer service, as long as you can demonstrate an understanding of the local labour market and an understanding of what it takes to support unemployed adults to secure sustainable employment. You will be able to demonstrate: - A good standard of literacy and numeracy (GCSE grade 4 / C or equivalent);
- An appreciation of the benefits and an ability of using digital tools to support participants;
- The ability to identify, establish and maintain effective working partnerships for the benefit of customers;
- The ability to keep accurate and up to date records with a good attention to detail. This includes data entry on electronic systems;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to respond to demanding pressures and to meet deadlines;
- An ability to work on own initiative and a proactive approach to problem solving.
