Performance Analyst (Website)

Do you have a passion for using data to create exceptional online experiences?

We’re looking for a Performance Analyst (Website) to help optimise Dogs Trust’s digital platforms, driving engagement, conversions, and impact. You’ll analyse website and SEO data, uncover opportunities for improvement, and work closely with our Digital Product Team to deliver data-driven enhancements that support our mission to help dogs everywhere. 

About the role:

As a Performance Analyst (Website) you will: 

  • Monitor and analyse website performance using analytics and UX tools to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Develop clear dashboards and reports to communicate key insights and automate delivery of core website metrics.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to inform user journey improvements, CRO testing, and SEO strategy.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance content, engagement, and conversion across digital platforms.
  • Ensure tracking accuracy and compliance through effective use of Google Tag Manager and best-practice implementation.

You’ll bring proven experience in web analytics and website performance, with a strong track record of using data to enhance user experience and drive measurable results. Skilled in SEO tools, UX optimisation, and CRO testing, you can translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations. With strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for evidence-based decision making, you’ll help ensure every Dogs Trust digital experience is user-focused, engaging, and effective. 

About the Team:

The Marketing & Communications team plays a critical role in building the Dogs Trust brand and driving engagement with its mission to help the dogs who need us most. The Digital Team is responsible for developing and maintaining Dogs Trust's digital presence, including its website. Within the Digital Team, the Digital Product Team focuses on optimising the user experience across our website by optimising our current website and developing new digital products and services.
