Location: Northeast England | Part Time (up to 28 hours) | Permanent

About the Role
We are seeking a Project worker with experience, empathy, and enthusiasm to champion the delivery of Tier 1 and Tier 2 training internally and externally. You'll be central in ensuring people receive high-quality, co-delivered training that leads to greater understanding, better support, and ultimately safer and more equitable care.
Working alongside experts by experience and clinical colleagues, you will:
- Lead engaging, interactive training sessions in line with the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training framework
- Facilitate powerful discussions around reasonable adjustments, communication, sensory needs, and person-centred care
- Ensure all sessions meet the national standards and support a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion
- Support and mentor new co-trainers, including people with lived experience
- Continuously evaluate and adapt training delivery based on feedback and best practice
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in training delivery or facilitation (health, education, or social care)
- A strong understanding of learning disability and autism, ideally with professional or personal insight
- Ability to work inclusively with people with lived experience as equal partners
- Confidence, compassion, and creativity in engaging diverse audiences
- A commitment to the values and legal requirements of the Oliver McGowan Training programme
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
