Your role
As the RNLI’s business demands continue to evolve and increase, the Commercial Counsel role will assist in the provision of legal services across the organisation.
About you
You will carry out a wide and diverse range of legal work including:
Contracts; Media; Corporate Partnerships; European law; Retail law; Fundraising law; IT contracts; Gaming; Personal injury; Employment law; Charity law; Marine law; Liability; Health and Safety; Intellectual Property Rights and Data Protection.
More specifically, you’ll be:
- A qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive
- Proven experience of dealing with varied caseloads with minimum supervision
- Experience of drafting commercial contracts
- Commercial in your approach - in-house experience would be ideal though is not essential
