178a New London Road Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 0AR www.stcedds.org.uk Communications and Marketing Administrator (Maternity Cover) Commencing 2 February 2026 An exciting opportunity in an ambitious stand-alone Prep School St Cedd’s School is seeking to appoint an energetic and skilled Communications and Marketing Administrator. This is a full time, fixed term, term time post, Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 with five weeks’ part-time shared commitment to school holiday cover. We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to contribute to the marketing and communication of life in our busy and vibrant Prep School. As well as playing a key role in our Front Office Team, handling day to day queries from parents and staff, the successful candidate will oversee our internal and external communications including social media channels. Requirement The successful candidate will hold a minimum of a further or higher education qualification, should be highly self-motivated and able to work within a team. Excellent communication skills, IT proficiency, and attention to detail is essential. This post commences on 2 February; salary to reflect experience and qualifications.
