  • You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of Amgueddfa Cymru’s priority programmes including National Museum Cardiff 100. Supporting the delivery of internal communications, you will create and deliver high-quality creative, informative and consistent content that engages colleagues and aligns with the strategic goals.

You will work across all sites and departments to support the delivery of key programmes, using internal communications channels to engage with, inspire and inform colleagues.

By communicating brand and values across the organisation, you will help drive forward the development of a positive culture across Amgueddfa Cymru. Supporting the development and delivery of internal communications plans and activities (including writing and editing the internal newsletter – Newyddfa) you will ensure that our messages are accessible to colleagues and wider stakeholders at the right time and in the right way.
