Our specialist social housing offer supports individuals with health and social care needs who may struggle to secure a home from other providers. We deliver Intensive Housing Management and work collaboratively with Humankind services and a wide range of external partners to ensure our residents can manage and sustain their homes, engage with local opportunities, and access the resources they need to thrive.
Our properties are owned, leased or managed on behalf of other Registered Providers and include a range of accommodation types such as hostels, shared housing, self-contained flats, and dispersed one-, two- and three-bedroom homes.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Housing Manager to join our dedicated, skilled Housing Team operating across the South and Midlands region. You will lead and motivate a dispersed team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality housing management services and safe, compliant homes for our residents.
This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of home working, office time in the South or London, and travel across regional sites within these areas.
- 37 hours per week, typically9am–5pm, with some flexibility (to be discussed at interview).
- Hybrid working modelcombining home working with on-site presence.
Travel across the
South and Londonregion will be required.
What You’ll Do

Provide effective leadership, management and motivation to a diverse team working across multiple geographical areas.

Ensure high standards of service delivery, safeguarding, tenancy management and resident engagement.

Support the team to identify issues, problem-solve, and develop clear action plans.

Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure safe, well-maintained homes and positive resident outcomes.

Contribute to the growth and continued improvement of our specialist housing offer.
Travel to sites across the
South and Londonregion.
To Succeed in This Role, You’ll Need:
- Experience managing and motivating a team across a wide geographical area.
- Knowledge of housing law, particularly relating to social housing, private landlords and tenants.
- Strong problem-solving skillsand the ability to guide teams through identifying issues and developing solutions.
- A valid driving licence, due to frequent travel to different sites.
