About the role

Are you a seasoned Advice Session Supervisor seeking a new challenge or an experienced adviser ready to take the next step? Join Citizens Advice Oxfordshire as an Advice Session Supervisor to become the heartbeat of a friendly team that changes lives.

In this deeply people-focused role, you will empower our dedicated volunteers and staff to deliver high-quality advice to those who need it most. Under the guidance of your Advice Service Manager, you’ll manage daily advice sessions across face-to-face, phone, and digital channels. But you won’t just be managing a process: by giving guidance, feedback, and in-session assistance to your team of advisers, you’ll ensure that every client feels heard, helped, and given the tools to move forward.

You’ll be joining a warm, collaborative environment where peer support is the norm and each individual is valued. We offer a full benefits package:

  • Generous leave: an amazing 31 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata)

  • 5% employer pension contribution (with a minimum 3% staff contribution)

  • A comprehensive 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme including counselling and health advice

  • Professional development: ongoing training opportunities and a personal training plan

We are looking for someone with substantial experience in generalist and benefits advice who loves motivating others. If you are ready to use your skills to support our fantastic team, we want to meet you.

Apply today to join Citizens Advice Oxfordshire and help us make a difference.
