  • Bede's Trust requires two proactive and supportive individuals to join us as Housekeeping Supervisors at our Senior and Prep School.

    The Housekeeping Supervisors will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of cleaning operatives to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation are consistently met across all designated areas. This role plays a critical part in operational efficiency, quality assurance, and staff development, directly contributing to a positive environment

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has strong verbal and written communication skills having the ability to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. They will have knowledge of different types of cleaning chemicals with exceptional knowledge of COSHH. Previous experience of working in a school setting is preferred.

    We will be offering two roles with the following terms:

    Housekeeping Supervisor (Mornings)
    • Monday - Friday

    • 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

    • 6.00am - 2.00pm with a 30 minute unpaid break per day.

    Housekeeping Supervisor (Afternoons)
    • Monday - Friday

    • 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

    • 12.00pm - 8.00pm with a 30 minute unpaid break per day.

    Location:These roles will mainly be situated at our Senior School in Upper Dicker with travel to our Prep School in Eastbourne each week.
