Are you ready to make a profound impact on children’s lives every single day? E-ACT Ventures Academy—Bristol’s specialist centre of excellence—is searching for an inspiring Speech and Language Therapist to lead and deliver exceptional, evidence-based SALT across our three vibrant academy sites.

Your work will help unlock communication, confidence, and opportunity for every child who walks through our doors.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality SALT support at universal, targeted, and specialist levels across the three academy sites, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
Work within a highly skilled, multi-agency team—including Psychotherapy and Occupational Therapy colleagues, teachers, teaching assistants, and senior leaders—to meet the holistic needs of pupils.
Embed effective communication strategies throughout the academy to ensure all pupils are able to fully engage with learning and school life.
Support the wider cognitive, social, and emotional development of pupils, working closely with education, therapy, and leadership teams to maximise progress.
Ensure that all pupils, regardless of their level of need, receive appropriate support within their daily learning environments.
Pay range:
NJC 32-39 £40,576.40 - £47,613.98 - FTE £42,839.00 - £50,269.00, 37 hours per week, 42 weeks per year
Qualifications and Skills:
Degree in Language Therapy or equivalent.
Membership with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT)
Member of the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial with students, families and other healthcare professionals
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and implement effective therapy interventions for various communication disorders
