This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (London/min 1 day a week in the office, typically Tuesdays), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.

About the role
Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager, you will own assigned CRM programmes in our busy comms schedule across a variety Which? membership products and services. You'll optimise and iterate your CRM campaigns (email, push and direct mail) using the technology at your disposal, and share your results.
Working across both retention and engagement, you'll be hands-on in delivering campaigns that recognise, reward, and retain our members - while ensuring every communication is high-quality, on-brand, and fully compliant.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and optimise assigned CRM programs, from execution to performance improvement, ensuring seamless delivery and effectiveness.
- Plan and execute A/B tests to optimise email comms.
- Work with the CRM Growth Manager and Tech Squads to deliver the CRM data strategy to personalise the comms you own.
- Monitor and feedback optimisations and personalisation tests to stakeholders.
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for your retention and engagement comms.
About you:
- Proven experience of delivering successful CRM marketing activities
- Hands on experience working with a CRM/email provider
- Effective organisational and project management skills
- Experience and understanding of data analysis and evaluation to meet business needs
- Skilled communicator with the ability to present to others
