About the Role
We're looking for an analytical and commercially-minded Business Performance Manager to support informed decision-making across Swim England. You'll collect, analyse and visualise performance data, identify trends, and present insight that enables senior leaders and departments to improve efficiency, productivity and commercial outcomes.
Working collaboratively across the business, you'll diagnose process inefficiencies, build automation and scalability into solutions, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. You'll also ensure the integrity of data sources and business intelligence visualisations, empowering teams with accurate, real-time reporting that supports strategic planning and risk management.
