Overview
CLM is a vibrant, Pentecostal church, with over 60 different nationalities represented from across all age groups. Against a backdrop of Kingdom expansion, with the launching of new sites, and continuing congregant growth in all our Sunday and mid-week settings, we are seeking to strengthen key areas on staff team to help ensure healthy and sustainable growth.
Section Leader: The facilitation of Christ-centred community, through Life Groups, is a key way that CLM is able to grow healthily, providing discipleship and pastoral support to the wider congregation. The Section Pastor role will seek to provide strategic pastoral leadership and oversight for a designated Section* within CLM’s Life Group structure, ensuring the health and growth of groups and leaders, and facilitating smooth integration of congregants into Life Groups. You will also deliver Pastoral Care through CLM’s Life Group network, responding to individual needs outside the structure if needed, and in the delivery or facilitation of pastoral / life events training and courses.
Deputy Safeguarding Lead: CLM’s under-18’s ministries have also seen significant growth and expansion, and thus we are seeking to strengthen our safeguarding processes with the appointment of a Deputy Safeguarding Lead.
*A Section is five to six Cluster Leaders who will each be overseeing between one and three groups of which each have around fifteen members. A Section therefore represents about 220 congregants.
