Senior Health and Safety Advisor Location: Southeast (Surrey/London) Salary: Up to £65,000 plus 10% bonus and benefits

Are you a health and safety professional looking to step into a high-profile role within one of the world's leading sports and entertainment organisations?

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in driving health and safety across corporate offices and property operations. Reporting to the Corporate Health and Safety Lead, you'll help shape governance, contractor management, supply chain safety, and training across a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with stakeholders to embed a positive health and safety culture across corporate offices and facilities
  • Leading on operational safety protocols and supporting risk assessments across property operations
  • Managing contractor and supplier compliance with health and safety standards
  • Supporting the integration and management of ISO standards (ISO 45001, 14001, 9001)
  • Delivering staff training and awareness programmes to ensure compliance

The successful candidate will have:

  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and professional membership (IOSH, IIRSM, or similar)
  • Experience in facilities management, property, or corporate office environments
  • Strong ability to influence and engage senior management and external contractors
  • Solid working knowledge of health and safety legislation and ISO standards
