Advice Worker

Karis Neighbour Scheme is seeking to appoint an Advice Worker as part of our Ladywood Community Advice team.
18 hours p.w. Part TimeSalary: £29,623.77 (FTE)Location: Ladywood & Edgbaston, Birmingham
The role is primarily focused on Welfare Rights, supporting people with entitlement checks, new applications and appeals. The advice work is primarily delivered face to face, with people being seen at our offices and at several outreach locations in the community.
Karis Neighbour Scheme is a responsive community charity providing a range of support to people in our local area. Our projects aim to provide advocacy, befriending, emotional and practical support in a variety of different ways.
