IT Support Technician for a 6-month fixed term contract,working within our friendly and supportiveIT Team, based at our site inFarnham, Surrey.This role will provide additional capacity within the IT team during a period of transition, supporting staff and volunteers across the organisation. You will deliver professional, hands-on IT support, helping ensure our systems and services continue to run smoothly and reliably.
Working as part of a small, collaborative team, you will support a range of technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11 devices, telephony, and core business applications, responding to support requests, assisting with device setup and user onboarding, and helping resolve day-to-day IT issues.

About You
A successful IT Support Technician will have:- Experience working in an IT support or service desk role.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11.
- Confidence supporting users with day-to-day IT issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A customer-focused approach, with patience and empathy when supporting users.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
