and radio navigation systems.

We are now
seeking a motivated and organised professional to join our busy Navigation
Department to cover maternity leave for up to 12 months.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
As a key member of the Navigation Department, you will provide essential administrative and project support. Your responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring the progress of maritime
projects through various external agency websites to ensure deadlines are met
• Maintaining and updating relevant
manuals, documentation and internal procedures
• Providing a high level of
administrative and office support to the department
• Ensuring information is accurate,
well-organised and up to date

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Candidate who can demonstrate:
• Level 2 qualification in Maths and
English
• Level 3 qualification in Business
Administration or equivalent experience desirable)
• Strong administration and
organisational skills
• A high level of attention to
details
• Good
IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience
