Digital & Social Media Manager • Working with internal teams and external media agencies to deliver results and impact, and upskill the rest of the organisation where necessary. • Monitoring and moderating comments and conversa- tions online in line with legal, compliance and data and brand protection practices. • Providing social media expertise, guidance and internal advice to colleagues. • Working closely with the Data, Digital & Technology team and digital product managers to enhance the user journey. You’ll take ownership for: • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver on the digital and social media plans and manage a small team of specialists. • Managing Teach First’s social media channels, website and digital marketing to reach existing audiences and grow new audiences with the aim of increasing relevancy and revenue for the charity. • Brand protection, compliance and digital, web and social media best practice. 1 Teach First is a charity that believes education is the most powerful tool to help a child fulfil their poten- tial. The role The rundown: Responsible for leading all digital and social media marketing including campaign channel and content plans to drive audience relevancy and revenue for the charity. You will manage a team of digital, web and social media specialists and work cross-functionally, including with external agencies, as part of an integrated campaign channel approach. The detail: day-to-day work • Developing digital and social channel media proposals and reporting of ROI to meet business and marketing campaign budgets, objectives and briefs. • Accountable for the management, production, publishing and monitoring of all owned social media and web content. • Line-manage a team and project management of resources and budgets. Even if you think you don't quite tick all the boxes we want to hear from you. • You will have experience in developing and deliver- ing campaign proposals to briefs to meet business and marketing campaign objectives. • You will be confident in using social media listening and performance analytic tools and using the insights to inform audience targeting, optimise content and report on performance. • You will work cross-functionally with campaign and channel owners, including media agencies, to integrate the best customer experience to deliver results and impact. • You will have a good understanding of GDPR and consent requirements.
