About Us:

The Victory Services Club (VSC) is a successful charity which provides membership services to serving & retired
members of the UK Armed Forces, NATO, Commonwealth, and their families. The Club, which is close to Marble
Arch, has 200 bedrooms, extensive dining facilities, and seven Event Rooms which are available for Club members.
Our Event Rooms are hired to generate revenue for the charity. The Club operates a number of schemes to provide
free breaks for serving members of the Armed Forces.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Conference & Banqueting Supervisor to support our Food &
Beverage Department.

The Role:

As the Senior Conference & Banqueting Supervisor you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Conference &
Banqueting section within our food & Beverage Department. The Senior Conference & Banqueting Supervisor will
lead the Food & Beverage Assistants to ensure all club standards and procedures are adhered to. This is a customer
facing role, ensuring that the highest standards of food and beverage service are delivered to our guests.

The Person

This role requires excellent customer service skills and is best suited to somebody of a warm & friendly nature. The
successful candidate should have experience in a similar role and a proven record of successfully leading a team to
deliver high quality services. A good eye for detail is key. This role will require the successful candidate to work
varying hours in accordance with the rota, therefore flexibility is required. You must be fluent in English and have the
right to work in the UK.
